Currently, we are looking to hire an Oracle eBS HR Functional Analyst?Details as follows:
Major responsibilities will include:
? Providing business user support for standard and customized Oracle eBS relating to application functionality questions and investigation of issues.
? Providing root cause analysis and workable solution options.
? Writing and interpreting functional design specification documents for Oracle interfaces, reports and extensions.
? Gathering customer requirements, performing detail analysis and working with technical developers, DBAs, and Oracle Support to meet these requirements.
? Performing thorough testing of application changes, system and regression testing, adhering to standards and practices that meet Quality Management and ISO standards.
? Interacting with internal and external customers.
? Mentoring other functional analysts supporting Oracle eBS HR modules.
College Degree required
Years of Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ?hands-on? functional and business process support of the Oracle eBS Human Resources, Compensation Workbench and HR Self-serve modules.
We must be able to confirm validation of work assignments, knowledge of Oracle database structures. and competency of analytical and problem solving ability supporting Oracle eBS HR modules.
Personal Skills Required:
? Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
? Ability to work closely with other functional and technical analysts in a team environment.
? Ability to understand business processes, gather and document business requirements, and develop detail test plans.
? Must be flexible, self-motivated and demonstrate follow-through on work assignments.
? Must demonstrate strong analytical and testing skills and the ability to manage and complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
? Should have experience in mentoring other team members in support of Oracle eBS HR modules.
Technical Skills Required:
? Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle eBS modules of Human Resources, Compensation Workbench and HR Self-serve.
? A high level of understanding of the interconnections between these modules and other eBS modules, particularly between Oracle Human Resources, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
? Knowledge of underlying Oracle tables, integration points with other modules, and technology processes.
? Excellent analytical skills in Oracle eBS applications.
? Proven experience investigating, researching, recommending and testing Oracle patches.
? Understanding of Oracle table structure and experience writing SQL against those databases using TOAD software.
? Should be familiar with Workflow Administrator to investigate problems and understand process flows.
? Strong technical knowledge of XML, XSL, XSLT.
? Experience using Dataloader software.
Additional Skills/Qualities not required but would be a plus:
