If you are someone feeling down about today?s pending massive blizzard then here is something to get you dreaming of warmer and less trying times? The Progressive Insurance New England Boat Show will sail into the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center February 16 to 24, 2013. The show will feature over 365,000 square feet of the latest powerboats, sailboats, gear, and accessories.

Some highlights:

• A remote control sailing pond
• A power boat docking challenge (16+)
• Sailfest featuring the latest in sailboats and sailing related products
• Giveaway of two boats

The show will also have hundreds of hours of free seminars including: Fred?s Shed Interactive Learning Center, the Welcome to Water Center, and Old Charts of New England.

Show hours will be:

• Saturday, February 16 from 10 AM to 8 PM
• Sunday, February from 17 11 AM to 6PM
• Monday, February from 18 10 AM to 7 PM
• Tuesday?Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday, February 23 from 10 AM to 8 PM
• Sunday, February 24 from 11 AM to 5:30 PM
